My tracking status shows my package delivered, but I haven't received it. What now?
We know how important your order is! If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you haven't received it, check your neighborhood, as another household may have mistakenly received it. Talk to family members, roommates, or anyone else who may have received it. The package may also have been left with the property manager or office.
Please note that Aoocci Store is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue and file a claim, if applicable.
Are there any customs duties and taxes?
Prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes. This means you may be liable for customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Cancellation/Changes
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us . Please submit your order immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, no changes will be possible.
Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
