Returns Policy:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the email address above to request a return or exchange. Please note the following:
- Returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order.
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
- Products with scratches or other damage will not be accepted for return.
- In the event of a return due to the consumer's fault, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The exact cost depends on the selected courier company.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not picked up, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our fault (e.g., the consumer received damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer is not responsible for shipping costs. (Return shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt).
- If the product is damaged or missing parts, the customer must send it back to our factory in China for inspection.

Returns:
- If the product is not compatible with your car which is on our compatible model list, we guarantee a 100% refund of the item price upon receipt of the returned undamaged item.
- Express shipping costs are an additional service and are non-refundable.
- If for any reason the customer decides that the item is no longer required (through no fault of the seller), the refund amount will be reduced by a re-acquisition fee of 15% of the total purchase price.
- Once your returned item has been received and processed, we will notify you of your refund via email or text message.
- You will receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of your return, using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Your bank may take some time to process your refund. If you haven't received your refund in a while, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank for further verification.
- Per the terms of our program, returns are not permitted after 60 days from the date of purchase.
No exchange:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you require a different size, color, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. Placing a new order guarantees prompt receipt of the item and ensures it is in stock.
Cancel order:
- If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 5 hours of placing your order and the shipment not yet being shipped. Please provide your order number and explain the reason for cancellation.
- Our customer service team will make every effort to forward your instructions to the warehouse so they can monitor the order fulfillment process and issue a refund before the package is shipped. Please note that we cannot cancel your order once the package has been completed and shipped from the warehouse.
