Hardware Version : The hardware version of the product, the version contains some hardware information of the product, description of the hardware version number
Initial Version : The initial software version number loaded into the product at the time of manufacture, not the production date.
Devices
Devices: This page is for managing the records of mobile phones connected to the current product, you can delete a specific record or delete them all, tap "X" behind the phone records to delete the selected records.
Help
Car Make : Car make information entered by users when they first access the web backend
Car Model : Vehicle model information filled in when the user first enters the web backend
Car Year : Vehicle year information filled in when the user first enters the web backend
Feedback: If a problem occurs during use, after reproducing the problem, you can click here to fill out the problem description and upload the log (after the problem, upload the log in a safe situation, do not disconnect the product, otherwise the log will be lost)
Version Specific: This was originally planned to be used to switch a product's interface to other specific interfaces of the same product, but it currently does not work. (Planned for U2W series products)
Check for updates : Check for new product versions available for updating
Rollback : Click to downgrade the product's firmware to a previous stable version. If you encounter issues after updating that didn't exist before, you can try downgrading to resolve them.
Settings
Sync Mode: For some cars that support CarPlay multimedia information display on the dashboard, if the multimedia information cannot be displayed normally after using the product, you can switch to Sync Mode to try. You can also switch to Sync Mode on models that do not recognize the product. The product will start working after switching and disconnecting.
Background : The product interface is not displayed by default, please try to enable this option when the screen shows black screen after connecting the phone to some cars.
Car Model : Change the initial vehicle model setting
Auto Connect : Option to enable/disable automatic connection of the product with the phone
Category : After connecting the product to play music and other media, the car head unit may become choppy and noisy. You can switch the media sound quality to try. After switching, the product needs to be reconnected to start working.
Call quality : After connecting the product, the call sound compared to direct CarPlay connection, if there is noise or other abnormal sound phenomena during the call, you can try switching the call sound quality option to HD or Standard. (Only effective for products with CarPlay conversion function)
Dial Mode: You can switch between Normal Mode and Full Selection Mode. Normal Mode: This is the regular mode, in which the dial cannot select options in the navigation bar at the bottom of the Android Auto interface. Full Selection Mode: This is the mode in which the dial can select options throughout the Android Auto interface. Some car head units may not support the second mode, which may result in a lack of touch response. (This function is only applicable to products that support Android Auto; it does not work for A2A products.)
Video Resolution : Set screen resolution information
Media Latency: The refresh rate of the synchronized screen of the product connected to the mobile phone, after connection, if the screen latency is larger, it can be adjusted (if the screen latency is obvious, set the frame rate to 20)
DPI: Adjust the size of feature icons displayed in the Android Auto interface. (Only works on products that support Android Auto, not on A2A products)
Video bitrate :
- Modify video bitrate for mobile mapping
- The lower the bit rate you set, the smoother the video will be.
- When the video is stuttering or lagging, it is recommended to set the bit rate below 8Mbps.
- Set the bit rate to 8Mbps or less; the higher the bit rate setting, the more stable the video will be.

Start Delay: Set the delay time for communication with the original car after the product is powered on. Try adjusting this parameter appropriately when you need to disconnect the product after getting into the car for it to recognize it.
GPS: Set whether to use the car's GPS or not. Try setting this option if you're having trouble with your navigation position drifting when connected to your phone.
Device language: Only for setting the language of the text displayed on the product connection interface. The text displayed on the interface is the same as that on the phone when connected to a mobile phone.
WiFi Band: Set 2.4GHz/5GHz, which can solve the situation that some mobile phones cannot search the product's WiFi.
Car Logo: Change car logo image on carplay or Android Auto interface, supports custom car logo.
Rename WiFi: Rename WiFi and Bluetooth
Change Device Name: Change the product name displayed in the carplay device list of the car head unit.
Reset: Restore the product to the state it was in immediately after updating this version and delete all product connection records. The current product software version will not be changed during a factory reset.

Equipment management
Auto-connection: option to enable/disable automatic connection of the device to the phone

Factory Reset : Restore your device to the state it was in immediately after updating this version and delete all connection records. The device's current software version will not be affected by a factory reset.
Rollback : Click to downgrade to the previous official version set by the server.
